Team Leader, Support Services – Permanent Location: Parramatta Salary Range: $117,500 - $123,000 Total Package

The Role
As Team Leader, Support Services, you'll lead a team of specialists, ensuring the accurate and timely delivery of critical servicing activities while maintaining strong quality, risk and compliance standards.
You'll combine people leadership with operational excellence, helping to build team capability, improve processes and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
- Lead the day-to-day operations of the Support Services team, ensuring activities are completed accurately and within service standards
- Manage team workflows, priorities and resources to deliver strong customer and business outcomes
- Support the resolution of complex customer, stakeholder and operational issues
- Maintain oversight of operational controls, reporting, reconciliations and servicing activities
- Promote a strong culture of risk awareness, compliance and continuous improvement

You bring a strong operational mindset, a passion for customer service and the ability to balance competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
You build trusted relationships across the business, make sound decisions and take a proactive approach to solving problems and driving results.
- Experience leading, coaching or developing employees within a customer service, operations or loan servicing environment
- Experience working within a regulated environment with strong compliance and risk requirements
