Responsibilities
- Provide expert level technical support for Automation and OSI PI software, including troubleshooting, problem analysis, and resolution
- Assist customers in optimizing the performance and functionality of OSI PI solutions within their automation environments
- Lead and mentor junior support engineers, providing guidance on complex technical issues and best practices
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to escalate and resolve critical issues
- Develop and deliver technical training to customers and internal teams on OSI PI software and automation systems
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including knowledge base articles, technical guides, and troubleshooting procedures
- Monitor and manage support cases to ensure SLAs are met and customer satisfaction is achieved
- Participate in the testing and validation of software updates, patches, and configurations
- Provide feedback to product development teams on recurring issues and feature requests
Requirements
- B.S. in Computer Engineering or related field
- 4+ years of experience as a Technical Engineer or equivalent
- Proficiency in OSI PI, AVEVA System platform, InTouch, Historian, and database applications
- Knowledge of programming languages like SQL and scripting
- Must have worked in a large scale System Platform implementation
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem solving skills

Main Responsibilities
- Provide expert level technical support for Automation and OSI PI software, including troubleshooting, problem analysis, and resolution.

Qualifications
- B.S. Computer Engineering, or any related field.
- 4+ years of experience as a Technical Engineer or equivalent.
- Proficiency in OSI PI, AVEVA System platform, InTouch, Historian, and database applications.
- Knowledge of programming languages like SQL, and scripting is beneficial.
- Must have worked in a large scale System Platform implementation.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and clients effectively.
