Hours: 9.30 - 6.30 - Mon - Fri

Salary - 11,000 AED per month

We are looking for an exceptional Customer Experience Advisor to join a high-end, client-focused Aesthetics Clinic in Dubai.

This is a front of house role and acts as the first and final touchpoint for clients, managing their journey from arrival in the clinic through to departure.

This role is critical in shaping the overall client experience and ensuring a seamless, high-quality service that builds long-term relationships and loyalty.

You will be responsible for coordinating client arrivals, supporting a smooth operational flow, and working closely with the wider client experience team to deliver a consistently elevated service.

This position requires a highly organised, detail-oriented individual who is confident in a client-facing environment and able to manage multiple touchpoints with professionalism and care.

Responsibilities

  • Represent the brand professionally and communicate its values with confidence
  • Deliver a seamless, high-end front-of-house experience
  • Welcome and manage client arrivals, ensuring a smooth and personalised journey
  • Coordinate closely with internal teams to maintain service excellence
  • Prepare client-facing refreshments to a high standard
  • Manage reception duties with professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
  • Monitor and replenish stock within client areas
  • Support the flow of communication throughout the client journey
  • Manage the end-to-end client departure process, including scheduling follow-ups, issuing invoices, and assisting with any related enquiries
  • Proactively identify opportunities for service improvements
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and loyalty
  • Collaborate with the wider team to achieve operational and service targets
  • Support ad hoc duties, including assisting with events, marketing initiatives, and client engagement activities

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a client-facing role within a luxury or premium environment
  • Experience handling payments and basic financial processes
  • Strong communication skills, both in person and over the phone
  • Professional, calm, and engaging manner
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • High attention to detail and presentation standards
  • Experience managing opening and closing procedures is beneficial
  • A refined, personable approach with strong cultural awareness
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset
  • Flexibility to support outside of standard working hours when required
  • Immaculate personal presentation
