Project Role

Core Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience and 15 years of full-time education are required.
• The role seeks 2–5 years of hands-on software development experience.
• Generative AI is a required skill.
• Candidates need practical exposure to Generative AI, LLM-based applications, and Agentic AI.

Professional and Technical Skills

• Good proficiency in React.js, JavaScript or TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, Node.js, REST APIs, and responsive UI development.
• Hands-on experience with AWS Lambda, API Gateway, S3, IAM, CloudWatch, Git, CI/CD, databases, debugging, and automated testing.
• Experience with at least one platform such as Amazon Bedrock, OpenAI, Anthropic, or Azure OpenAI.
• Understanding of Agentic AI, AI agents, agent workflows, tool or function calling, prompt engineering, authentication, authorization, OAuth2, JWT, and SSO.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain responsive applications, Node.js services, microservices, and REST APIs using AWS serverless technologies.
• Develop and integrate GenAI, LLM, and AI agent capabilities, including prompt engineering, tool or function calling, agent workflows, and RAG as applicable.
• Integrate applications with enterprise systems, APIs, databases, knowledge sources, and external tools using secure and maintainable practices.
• Participate in testing, debugging, code reviews, deployments, monitoring, Agile ceremonies, and resolution of application and AI-related issues.

Additional Qualifications

• Exposure to Agentic AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel, Amazon Bedrock Agents, or equivalent is preferred.
• Familiarity with RAG, embeddings, vector databases, semantic search, knowledge bases, MCP, AI evaluation, guardrails, and Responsible AI is desirable.
• Ability to work effectively in Agile teams and adopt modern software development and AI-assisted engineering practices.
