The role uses modern frameworks and Agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, code, and enhance software components across systems or applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective software solutions.
- Maintain and enhance existing software components to improve performance and reliability.
- Document development processes and solutions for team knowledge sharing.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support.
- Perform independently, participate in team discussions, and contribute solutions to work-related problems.
Required Technical Skills
- Microsoft Copilot Studio is required.
- Microsoft 365 Copilot Custom Solutions is required.
- Strong software development experience using modern frameworks and Agile methodologies is required.
- Experience with debugging, testing, and optimizing code for performance and reliability is required.
- Experience integrating software components across systems is required.
Additional Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- This position is based at the Accenture Chennai office.
