Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Customs Clearance Specialist to join our logistics team in Dubai.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in handling import and export clearance processes and a strong understanding of UAE customs regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end customs clearance for import and export shipments
- Prepare and review shipping documents (Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, etc.)
- Ensure compliance with UAE customs regulations and procedures
- Classify goods using appropriate HS codes
- Handle duty and tax calculations
- Coordinate with shipping lines, transporters, and customs authorities
- Resolve clearance issues, inspections, and shipment delays
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in customs clearance or logistics in UAE
- Good knowledge of customs procedures and documentation
- Experience with customs systems (e.g., Mirsal) is an advantage
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Immediate joiners preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
