Responsibilities
- Drive end to end onboarding of CTA / virtual card solutions across corporates, OTAs, and TMCs
- Develop sales playbooks, value propositions, and go to market strategies for CTA
- Enable bank and sales teams through training, workshops, and deal support
- Support RFPs, pricing discussions, and client presentations
- Build and manage strategic partnerships with fintechs, PSPs, aggregators, and travel ecosystem players
- Drive new client acquisition and pipeline growth across corporates and travel players
- Expand relationships with key regional accounts
- Drive adoption among non card accepting merchants via CTA flows
- Explore partnership models (e.g., BPSP, VCP enabled solutions) to unlock new volumes
- Coordinate with issuers, networks, and ecosystem partners
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in commercial cards, CTA, or virtual payments
- Proven track record in scaling virtual payments / CTA adoption
- Strong network across travel, fintech, and payments ecosystem
- Experience onboarding large corporate and travel accounts in KSA / GCC
- Deep understanding of travel ecosystem (IATA/BSP, OTAs, TMCs) and B2B payments
- Exposure to API based payment solutions and fintech partnerships

Overview
- Lead the onboarding and commercialization of Card to Account (CTA) and virtual payment solutions, driving client acquisition, sales enablement, and ecosystem partnerships across GCC markets.
- The role requires strong experience in commercial cards, travel ecosystem, and acceptance expansion.
Core Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Drive end to end onboarding of CTA / virtual card solutions across corporates, OTAs, and TMCs
- Support issuer and partner integrations (API enabled virtual payments)
- Develop and scale CTA use cases across travel and B2B segments
- Develop sales playbooks, value propositions, and go to market strategies for CTA
- Enable bank and sales teams through training, workshops, and deal support
- Support RFPs, pricing discussions, and client presentations
- Build and manage strategic partnerships (fintechs, PSPs, aggregators, travel ecosystem players)

Knowledge and Experience

- Strong track record in client onboarding, sales enablement, and business development
