About Keeta

  • Keeta, an independent brand of Meituan, is redefining food delivery across Hong Kong, Saudi Arabia, Brazil, and the Middle East.
  • We are scaling rapidly in Qatar and looking for a CRM Specialist to drive user growth through data driven in app campaigns, lifecycle marketing, and promotional strategy.

What You'll Do

  • Lead end to end planning and execution of in app promotional campaigns, including campaign setup, incentive design, and user targeting.
  • Drive user acquisition, retention, conversion through strategic promotional initiatives.
  • Own and optimize subsidy allocation across vouchers, delivery fee promotions, item discounts, and merchant funded campaigns.
  • Partner with Commercial teams to deliver impactful co funded promotions.
  • Monitor campaign performance and recommend optimizations using data and AI assisted analytics tools.
  • Track campaign metrics, identify trends, and continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Work closely with Marketing, Product, Commercial, and Merchant teams to execute campaigns that deliver measurable business results.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree with 3–5+ years of experience in CRM, Growth Marketing, Marketing Campaigns, or E commerce Operations.
  • Hands on experience executing in app promotional campaigns that drive user growth and conversion.
  • Strong understanding of the Qatar market and experience working with local merchants is preferred.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using data to optimize campaign performance (SQL is a plus).
  • Curious about AI technologies and enthusiastic about applying AI tools to improve marketing efficiency.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic.
