CRM Developer

We are seeking a Senior Developer with exceptional development skills and expertise in the Microsoft stack.

This needs to include Microsoft Dynamics CRM and PowerApps.

As a CRM Developer, you will collaborate with our clients to deliver a simple, insightful, and efficient CRM system that enhances their employees' ability to provide top-notch service to their customers.

• Turn business needs into working solutions that meet customer expectations.
• Be an active member of a SCRUM team with different skills, developing functional software.
• Participate actively in the Scrum events (daily stand ups, retrospectives, backlog review, show and tell).
• Provide technical support and guidance to the business users as needed.
• Take responsibility for assigned tasks of work, investigations and unit testing.
• Follow agreed coding standards and quality.
• Develop/Configure plug-ins, workflows, SSIS packages and SSRS reports as needed.
• Support the continuous improvement philosophy of the scrum team; share technical knowledge, review development work as needed, identify opportunities for quick wins.
• Deploy releases to Test and production environments as needed.
• Develop and maintain solutions that comply with the bank’s security standards.
• Proactively identify opportunities to simplify and improve the current process and implementation, to reduce complexity, cost and development time.
• Investigate and resolve incidents and service requests as needed.
• Keep clear and updated documentation in agreed repository.
• Manage Microsoft Dynamics release cadence to minimize business impact.
• Coordinate with other technology teams to schedule sprint deployments and integration testing.
• Evaluate existing and proposed design against UX best practice and engage with key stakeholders to map best user experience
• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject
• Proficient in D365 and the Microsoft stack, including ASP. NET, MVC, C# .Net for Plugins and custom workflows
• Skilled with Azure Integration services (Service bus, logic App, Function App), Azure SQL Server
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills; able to convey concepts to a non-technical audience.
