- Build and optimize workflows, triggers, and AI tools (chatbots, predictive models) to improve efficiency and customer experience
- Create dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs, conversion rates, and campaign performance; continuously test and optimize automations
- Manage permissions, data hygiene, and security; provide training and collaborate with sales and marketing for segmentation and personalized campaigns

- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Marketing Technology, or related field
- 2 4 years of experience in CRM configuration and workflow automation (n8n)
