Role Overview
- The TikTok LIVE SMB service team aims to help small to medium sized businesses obtain customer acquisition and business operation methods through live streaming.
- As SMB Creator Manager, you will drive creator recruitment, growth, and empowerment to achieve core business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Recruit potential small and medium sized business LIVE creators, including converting platform creators into streamers and attracting external creators.
- Lead creators education and incubation, develop top live business creators, and enhance lead generation capabilities through online campaigns and education sessions.
- Manage creator performance, including go live duration and activity for content consumption, as well as tracking leads towards business targets.
- Oversee the cold start and basic operation streams, ensuring basic retention and business operations.
- Develop a deep understanding of product features and business logic, and collaborate cross functionally with product, engineering, and operations teams to drive effective product adoption.
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills, data driven mindset.
- Demonstrates a strong entrepreneurial mindset, proactively develops solutions, and possesses solid problem solving capabilities.
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Proficiency in Arabic and English.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with live streaming, content operation or gen operation operations.
- Established connections with Live creator, content influencers.
- Experience in content operations or leads gen operation, data analysis or related fields, preferably within the tech industry.
- Strong project management and cross functional collaborations.
- Has experience in leading cold start phase projects.
