About The Role
We’re looking for a
Creative Strategist
to drive performance for ecommerce brands through high-converting Meta ad concepts.
This is
not a design or editing role
.
Your focus will be on
strategy, research, and ideation
—developing creative concepts that translate into winning ad campaigns.
How The Creative Process Works
- Each week, you will deliver structured creative briefs (typically Mondays)
- Briefs are created in Notion and consumed by video editors
- Editors execute your vision into video and static creatives
- Performance data feeds back into your next round of concepts
- You may work across 1-3 brands simultaneously, depending on priorities.
What You’ll Do
- Research customer avatars, competitors, and market trends
- Develop creative angles, hooks, and ad concepts
- Create structured weekly creative briefs for video editors
- Build and manage testing frameworks (hooks, formats, messaging)
- Analyze performance data and iterate quickly
- Identify and scale winning creatives
- Collaborate closely with editors to ensure strong execution
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in Meta ads / performance creative
- Strong understanding of direct-response marketing and customer psychology
- Ability to generate high-volume, high-quality creative ideas
- Experience working across multiple brands or campaigns
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, test-and-learn environment
- Strong ownership and results-driven mindset
- Nice to Have
- Familiarity with AI tools for creative strategy
- Ability to identify high-performing vs. low-quality AI-generated concepts

- Consistent production of high-performing ad concepts
- Faster testing and iteration cycles
- Clear, actionable briefs that drive execution
- Ability to discover and scale winning angles
