Job Purpose
The Creative Copywriter is responsible for writing persuasive marketing content and promotional materials that build brand perception and encourage customer engagement, such as making purchases, clicking links, or interacting with the brand.
Key Responsibilities
- *Branding & Communication*
- Conduct ad hoc research to develop web-based and print content
- Create and manage content for websites, blogs, and message boards
- Develop creative and strategic ideas for online marketing campaigns
- Write and edit editorials, press releases, and communication materials
- Produce timely content for the organization’s website
- Manage and support social media presence and engagement
- Develop content aligned with industry knowledge and brand objectives
- Maintain content tracking processes and evaluate effectiveness
- Create content for multiple languages, markets, and platforms
- Use in-house content tools and follow quality standards
- Develop storyboards and prototypes using graphics and media tools
- Adapt to evolving content requirements and digital tools
- *Governance & Compliance*
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and standards
- Contribute to process improvement and operational efficiency
- Promote adherence to organizational policies and guidelines
- *Daily Operations*
- Support daily operational tasks to ensure workflow continuity
- Prepare accurate and timely reports related to content activities
- Ensure high levels of internal and external customer satisfaction
