- Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office is an advantage.
- UAE experience is preferred.

Job Summary
- We are seeking a customer focused and proactive Counter Sales / Indoor Sales Executive to join our Building Materials Division.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend to walk in customers and understand their building materials requirements.
- Recommend suitable products and provide accurate product information.
- Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, and follow up on customer inquiries.
- Process sales transactions and coordinate with the warehouse for timely order fulfillment.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and generate repeat business.
- Assist the outdoor sales team by preparing quotations and handling customer follow ups.
- Ensure proper product display and maintain a clean, organized showroom or sales counter.
- Coordinate with procurement and inventory teams regarding product availability.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide prompt after sales support.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall branch sales performance.
- Maintain accurate customer records and prepare daily sales reports.
- Stay updated on product specifications, pricing, and market trends.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in counter sales, indoor sales, or customer service, preferably in the building materials industry.
- Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office is an advantage.
- UAE experience is preferred.
