Responsibilities
- Organize and monitor all affairs concerned to the position
- Coordinate with Corporate Finance
- Implement and maintain internal control and audit system for food and beverage controls and costs
- Receive and verify supplier invoices and monthly statements
- Control and register flow of goods in and out from receiving, storerooms, main kitchen, F&B outlets
- Participate in monthly, quarterly and year end inventories
- Establish daily and monthly food & beverage costs per outlet and profit and loss statements
- Cost all recipes before implementing new dishes
- Establish sales statistics on daily and monthly basis
- Analyze outlet activity on monthly basis and establish profit and loss statements
- Prepare month end closing reports for food, beverage, mini bar and operating supplies
Requirements
- Knowledge of hotel operations and financial administration
- Experience in food and beverage cost control
- Ability to prepare and analyze financial reports
- Strong organizational and communication skills

Position Overview
- Organization and monitoring of all affairs concerned to the position.
- Proper grooming at all times.
- Attend training classes as per schedule.
- Show fullest cooperation and respect within the team and other departments.
- Is aware of the daily activities and has product knowledge of all the hotel facilities.
Responsibilities
- Organization of financial administration.
- Co ordination with Corporate Finance.
- Ensure smooth operation of the food and beverage department through organization and administration.
- Implement and keep an internal control and audit system for efficient supervision of food and beverage controls and costs.

- Prepare and control work schedules.
