Position Overview

  • Organization and monitoring of all affairs concerned to the position.
  • Proper grooming at all times.
  • Attend training classes as per schedule.
  • Show fullest cooperation and respect within the team and other departments.
  • Is aware of the daily activities and has product knowledge of all the hotel facilities.

Responsibilities

  • Organization of financial administration.
  • Co ordination with Corporate Finance.
  • Ensure smooth operation of the food and beverage department through organization and administration.
  • Implement and keep an internal control and audit system for efficient supervision of food and beverage controls and costs.
  • Maintain effective employee relations.
  • Prepare and control work schedules.
  • Receive and verify supplier invoices and monthly statements.
  • Control and register flow of goods in and out from receiving, storerooms, main kitchen, F&B outlets.
  • Participate in monthly, quarterly and year end inventories.
  • Establish daily and monthly food & beverage costs per outlet and daily profit and loss statements.
  • Cost all recipes before implementing new dishes.
  • Establish sales statistics on daily and monthly basis.
