Job Description

As a Food & Beverage Cost Controller, you’re not just ensuring the implementation of cost effective measures throughout the Food & Beverage department – you’re spread

Responsibilities

  • Monitor department financial performance: Identify opportunities to enhance Food & Beverage department profitability and implement corrective actions
  • Communicate financial insights: Prepare regular reports and lead weekly meetings to keep departments and leadership informed of trends and cost factors
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders: Partner with hotel finance team members and the Food & Beverage department to drive financial accuracy and operational alignment
  • Support department initiatives: Assist the Finance Lead with special projects that contribute to the overall success of the department
