  • Provide costing support to product development and product marketing.
  • Own the standard costing model, annual runs, and governance for cost changes.

Inventory and Intercompany Control

  • Reconcile ERP inventory with 3PL records and resolve stock discrepancies.
  • Reconcile production plans and inventory with contract manufacturers and validate manufacturer invoices.
  • Control inventory adjustments through the approved workflow.
  • Monitor intercompany stock flows, purchase orders, un-invoiced transactions, and cost consistency.
  • Own periodic stock counts, investigate variances, and post approved adjustments.

  • Prepare monthly cost and inventory reporting, including GMVA, inventory valuation, and obsolete stock provisions.
  • Perform standard-versus-actual cost variance analysis with root-cause commentary.
  • Support COGS forecasts for finished goods, components, and new product development.
  • Assist with month-end close, cost journal entries, account reconciliations, IFRS compliance, and internal controls.
  • Own cost and inventory data requirements and drive reporting automation.

Process Improvement and Business Partnering

  • Document and maintain cost and inventory procedures and improve data accuracy and control.
  • Lead cost inputs for supply chain and sourcing initiatives, manufacturing projects, and new market launches.
  • Build cost baselines and business cases for operational decisions.
  • Identify margin improvements across manufacturing, packaging, freight, and warehousing and quantify savings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CMA is strongly preferred.
  • At least 7 years of cost accounting and financial analysis experience.
  • Knowledge of standard costing, costing methodologies, BOM structures, and inventory accounting.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, ERP systems, BI or reporting tools, and advanced Excel.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and process improvement skills.

Benefits
