- Develop and implement cost control procedures across food and beverage operations
- Monitor food, beverage, and operational costs to ensure budget compliance
- Conduct recipe costing, menu engineering, and profitability analysis
- Review inventory levels, stock movements, and wastage reports
- Perform monthly stock counts and reconcile inventory variances
- Analyze purchasing trends and recommend cost saving initiatives
- Prepare weekly and monthly cost control reports for management
- Work closely with Procurement, Finance, and Operations teams to improve cost efficiency
- Ensure compliance with company policies and internal controls
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities
- Prepare VAT returns and ensure compliance with UAE tax regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Hospitality Management, or related field (Cost Control Manager)
- Minimum 4–6 years of experience in Cost Control within F&B or Hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge of inventory management, food costing, recipe costing, and variance analysis
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP/POS systems
- UAE experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Senior Accountant)
- Minimum 3–4 years of UAE accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of UAE VAT regulations and financial reporting
- Proficiency in accounting software (ERP systems) and Microsoft Excel
- Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA, or CMA are an advantage

Cost Control Manager Requirements

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP/POS systems.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and reporting skills.
- UAE experience is preferred.
Senior Accountant Key Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.
- Perform bank, supplier, and customer reconciliations.
- Prepare VAT returns and ensure compliance with UAE tax regulations.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Support internal and external audits.
- Process journal entries and oversee month end and year end closing activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
- Prepare management reports and provide financial insights.
Senior Accountant Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–4 years of UAE accounting experience.
- Strong knowledge of UAE VAT regulations and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting software (ERP systems) and Microsoft Excel.
- Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA, or CMA are an advantage.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
