Responsibilities
- Supervise daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service flow
- Monitor staff attendance, grooming, discipline, and performance during shifts
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle guest complaints professionally
- Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to maintain operational efficiency
- Support the Restaurant Manager in implementing company policies and procedures
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards are followed at all times
- Train, guide, and motivate team members to improve service quality
- Monitor table setup, order accuracy, and overall guest satisfaction
- Assist in inventory control, stock monitoring, and reporting operational issues
- Prepare daily shift reports and escalate concerns to management when required
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or Senior Waiter/Captain in a restaurant or hospitality environment
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and customer service standards
- Good leadership, communication, and problem solving skills
- Ability to manage staff, handle pressure, and work in a fast paced environment
- Presentable, professional, and customer oriented
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- UAE experience is preferred
- Immediate joiners will be an advantage

Job Summary
- We are looking for an experienced and customer focused Restaurant Supervisor to join our team in Dubai.
