- Coordinate and manage the vendor onboarding process from initiation to completion
- Collect, verify, and maintain vendor documentation including trade licenses, tax documents, banking details, and compliance records
- Ensure vendors meet company policies, regulatory requirements, and onboarding standards
- Create and maintain vendor profiles in the company's ERP or procurement systems
- Liaise with vendors and internal departments to resolve onboarding issues and documentation discrepancies
- Monitor onboarding timelines and follow up with vendors to ensure timely completion
- Maintain accurate records and vendor databases
- Support vendor audits and compliance reviews as required
- Prepare onboarding reports and provide updates to management
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve onboarding processes and vendor experience
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in vendor management, procurement, supplier onboarding, or similar role
- Strong knowledge of vendor compliance and documentation requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms is an advantage
- Experience working in procurement, finance, or supply chain environments
- Familiarity with UAE vendor registration and compliance processes is an advantage

Overview
- We are seeking a detail oriented and proactive Vendor Onboarding Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end to end vendor onboarding process, ensuring that all required documentation, compliance requirements, and system registrations are completed

Compensation
- Pay: AED4,000.00 AED6,000.00 per month
