- Manage and supervise all hotel operations including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Guest Services
- Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Monitor hotel performance, occupancy rates, and revenue targets
- Recruit, train, and develop hotel staff
- Prepare staff schedules and oversee workforce management
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and local laws
- Manage budgets, control operational costs, and maximize profitability
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and external service providers
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain hotel standards and cleanliness
- Prepare operational reports and present performance updates to management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 5 years of experience in hotel management or similar leadership role
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem solving and decision making abilities
- Proficiency in hotel management systems and Microsoft Office
- Strong understanding of hotel operations, guest service standards, and revenue management
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Fluent in English; additional languages an advantage

Overview
- We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel.
