  • Create and maintain accurate costings for standard filter products and bespoke projects using approved costing methods and source information.
  • Calculate material, labour and manufacturing costs including routings, setup and run times, subcontract costs and applicable manufacturing overheads.
  • Maintain supplier pricing within the ERP system using information provided and approved by Purchasing.
  • Create, maintain and update approved Bills of Materials (BOMs) within the ERP system.
  • Ensure approved BOM and routing information is accurately reflected within the ERP system.
  • Highlight missing, incomplete or inconsistent information to the relevant data owner.
  • Maintain costing data within Microsoft Dynamics 365 (or ERP system).
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives relating to costing and data management.
  • Provide costing analysis to assist management with business decisions.
  • Experience in a costing, commercial or manufacturing administration role.
  • Experience within a manufacturing or engineering environment and a good understanding of manufacturing processes.
  • Experience creating and maintaining Bills of Materials (BOMs) and manufacturing routings.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience using ERP systems (preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365).
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
  • Experience within a manufacturing or engineering environment.
  • Knowledge of product costing methodologies.
  • Understanding of engineering drawings and manufacturing documentation.
  • Experience supporting quotation or tender processes.
  • Experience producing project cost and variance reports.
  • Understanding of manufacturing labour, work-centre and overhead costing.
