Responsibilities
- Lead delivery of advisory and compliance services for a portfolio of larger corporate clients
- Play a central role in business development: support bids, proposals, client pitches and local networking
- Provide leadership to a growing team: coach, develop and mentor colleagues
- Build strong internal and external relationships
- Contribute to strategic development of the Cambridge office and wider national tax practice
Requirements
- CTA / ATII qualified (or equivalent)
- Operating at Senior Manager level or above
- Broad Corporate Tax experience across both advisory and compliance
- Proven track record of managing complex client portfolios
- Strong commercial instincts with interest in business development
- Collaborative, approachable leader who enjoys developing others
