About the Role
The Emirates Group seeks a Corporate Sales Manager based in Riyadh to design and implement sales strategies for corporate accounts, achieve revenue targets, and manage key accounts.

Responsibilities
- Design and implement a sales strategy for corporate accounts aligned with corporate guidelines
- Develop key corporate accounts and draw annual account development plans
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to sustain and improve market share
- Implement sales philosophy, policies, sales quotas and goals to achieve revenue growth
- Develop and implement sales and promotion plans customized for corporate accounts
- Assist in development of value added products for local market
- Ensure corporate accounts are prioritised, regularly visited and professionally handled
- Resolve operational and reservations issues from corporates
- Prepare weekly, monthly and annual sales reports
- Liaise with marketing, tariff units and other departments to ensure integrated sales effort
Requirements
- Degree in Sales/Marketing field
- Proven track record in the leisure industry with minimum 3 years at management level
- Expertise in selling airline, tour operator or hotel products
- Excellent knowledge of geography and clear understanding of the tourism industry
- Sound knowledge of MS Office applications
- Excellent track record in developing, implementing and controlling budgets
- Analytical thinker with high degree of initiative
- Good knowledge of the local travel market
- Proven ability to negotiate and work within a multi national and multi cultural environment
- Based in Riyadh, covering all of Saudi Arabia
- Strong PR and relations experience
- Proven experience dealing with government owned corporations, corporate clients, and major government entities

Job Purpose
- Work together with VP and Sales Managers to design and implement a sales strategy for corporate accounts, ensuring effectiveness and consistency with corporate guidelines. Responsible for achieving corporate sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Clearly define, document and implement a Corporate Sales Strategy to acquire accounts as per target.
- Develop key Corporate Accounts, draw annual Account Development plan, evaluate performance and ensure implementation.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to sustain and improve market share.
- Implement sales philosophy, policies, sales quotas and goals in agreement with VP.
- Develop and implement consistent sales and promotion plans customized for corporate accounts.
- Assist in development of value added products for local market.
- Ensure all corporate accounts are prioritised, regularly visited and professionally handled.
- Resolve operational and reservations issues from corporates.
- Prepare weekly, monthly and annual sales reports and monitor market trends.
- Liaise with marketing, tariff units and other departments to ensure integrated sales effort.
Qualifications
- Degree in Sales/Marketing field.

Additional Requirements
- Based in Riyadh, covering all of Saudi Arabia for government entity travel portfolios, semi government corporates and corporate accounts.
- Required to develop and enhance government and corporate travel.
- Strong PR and relations experience.
- Proven experience dealing with government owned corporations, corporate clients, and major government entities.
- Excellent stakeholder management with key corporate accounts.
- Willing to travel frequently across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- High energy, proactive, and strong follow up skills.
- Outstanding communication and presentation abilities.
- Previous experience in a senior corporate or key account role.
- Must have the right to live and work in Saudi Arabia.
