Key Responsibilities
- Support private M&A and strategic investment transactions.
- Work on private equity transactions.
- Support joint ventures and shareholder arrangements.
- Work on sovereign and institutional investments.
- Support cross-border transactions and corporate restructurings.
- Conduct due diligence and prepare or support transaction documentation.
Requirements
- Be a junior lawyer suitable for early-stage responsibility within a corporate team.
