About the Role
PayTech Group seeks a Corporate Cards Account and BD Manager for a 12-month contract in KSA. You will drive growth and profitability of commercial cards and corporate payments, acquire and manage large corporate and SME clients, and lead product launches.

Responsibilities
- Drive acquisition and expansion of corporate card products (corporate cards, purchasing cards, travel & entertainment cards) for large corporate and SME clients
- Manage and grow a diversified corporate portfolio, delivering sustainable revenue, spend growth, and wallet share expansion
- Build strong relationships with CFOs, finance heads, procurement teams, and treasury stakeholders
- Identify new use cases and industry verticals to deepen card penetration and usage
- Support product development, enhancement, and launch of commercial card and corporate payment solutions
- Contribute to pricing strategies, value propositions, and commercial models aligned to the KSA market dynamics
- Lead GTM planning, sales enablement, and frontline training for relationship managers and sales teams
- Coordinate customer due diligence, onboarding, and implementation activities
- Own commercial performance KPIs including revenue, spend, activation, utilization, and retention
- Conduct competitor analysis and market benchmarking to inform strategy and product positioning
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in banking, financial services, or payments, with a strong focus on commercial cards, corporate banking, or B2B payments
- Proven track record in managing and growing large corporate portfolios in competitive markets
- Hands on experience with card product launches, platform implementations, and sales enablement
- Strong background in stakeholder management across business, risk, operations, and technology teams
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's preferred)
- Previous experience within Banking, Digital Payment & Card solutions, or the FinTech industry
- Excellent communication skills in English (written, verbal, and presentation); fluency in Arabic is an advantage

Purpose of the Project
- The Corporate Cards Account and BD manager is responsible for driving the growth, profitability, and market leadership of commercial cards and corporate payments portfolio. The role focuses on acquiring and managing large corporate and SME clients, leading product launches, and working cross functio
Core Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Business Development & Portfolio Growth: Drive acquisition and expansion of corporate card products
- Manage and grow portfolios delivering revenue, spend growth, and retention
- Build senior client relationships with CFOs and finance leaders in key corporates
- Support product development, enhancement, and go to market execution
- Lead sales enablement and frontline training for relationship teams
- Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, Operations, and IT for implementations
- Drive acquisition and expansion of large corporate and SME clients for commercial card products (corporate cards, purchasing cards, travel & entertainment cards)
- Manage and grow a diversified corporate portfolio, delivering sustainable revenue, spend growth, and wallet share expansion
- Build strong relationships with CFOs, finance heads, procurement teams, and treasury stakeholders

Knowledge and Experience
- 15+ years of experience in banking, financial services, or payments, with a strong focus on commercial cards, corporate banking, or B2B payments.
- Proven track record in managing and growing large corporate portfolios in competitive markets.
- Hands on experience with card product launches, platform implementations, and sales enablement.
- Strong background in stakeholder management across business, risk, operations, and technology teams.
- GCC banking experience preferred; KSA market exposure is an advantage.
Mandatory Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- Previous experience within Banking, Digital Payment & Card solutions, or the FinTech industry.
- Regional experience, including working in a faced paced matrix organisation.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written, verbal, and presentation); fluency in Arabic is an advantage.
Preferred Skills
- The ability to analyse data, troubleshoot payment issues, optimize processes, and make data driven decisions.
- Good understanding of payment systems, digital platforms, system workflows, security basics, and industry technologies.
- An understanding of regional regulations across financial services or payment networks.
