Position Overview
- This role manages end to end aspects of corporate applications including HR, finance, procurement, and other business areas.
Accountabilities
- Develop and implement strategies for effective and efficient possession, implementation and use of corporate applications.
- Collaborate with IT and business leaders to align application strategies with overall business goals.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of corporate application projects.
- Lead the development, customization, and enhancement of corporate applications.
- Manage and develop the corporate applications team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
- Work closely with stakeholders across the organization to understand their needs and challenges.
- Manage relationships with software vendors and service providers, negotiate contracts.
- Stay informed of emerging technology trends and best practices.
- Ensure high availability and optimal performance of applications and implement advanced security protocols.
- Define and monitor KPIs for assigned applications performance and security.
- Create and maintain SOPs and policies and develop service level agreements.
