About the Role
Ecolab is seeking a Corporate Account Manager to join its Quick Service Restaurants team in the MEA region. The role involves managing corporate accounts, driving sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
- Maintain relationships with existing corporate accounts to achieve sales targets
- Establish strong relationships with existing corporate accounts and identify key decision makers
- Successfully renew all major contracts and coordinate value merchandising at corporate headquarters
- Conduct annual or quarterly business reviews at Corporate or Regional level for each aligned account
- Coordinate product application, on site trial, new product launch, price adjustment, etc.
- Develop and expand existing and new global, regional, and national accounts in the QSR industry segment
- Design and implement strategic business plans for national accounts
- Present value add products and programs, highlighting impact to customer’s business
- Ensure customer service delivery emphasizing Ecolab's value proposition
- Partner and lead service and sales teams to ensure revenue and profit targets are met
- Look for more business opportunities from potential and current accounts to achieve annual sales and profit budget
- Understand all Ecolab solutions and strive for total solution across customer locations
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 10+ years of sales experience and a proven track record of deals larger than USD 500K
- Established industry/customer relationships at decision making and executive levels
- Must have a valid Driver's License and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
- Fluent in English
- 5 7 years of Quick Service Restaurant industry experience & knowledge (preferred)
- Specialty chemical industry experience (preferred)
- Demonstrated large account management success with executive level relationship sales experience (preferred)
- Financial and analytical skills, including understanding of P&L (preferred)

What You Will Do

- Ensure customer service delivery emphasizing the delivery of Ecolab's value proposition.

- Look for more business opportunities from potential and current accounts to achieve annual sales and profit budget while retaining the existing corporate accounts.
- Understand all Ecolab solutions available and strive for Ecolab total solution across all of the customers restaurant locations for both current and prospect customers.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 10+ years of sales experience and a proven track record of deals larger than USD 500K.
- Established industry/customer relationships at decision making and executive levels.
- Must have a valid Driver's License and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record.
- Fluent in English.
Preferred Qualifications
- 5 7 years of Quick Service Restaurant industry experience & knowledge.
- Specialty chemical industry experience.
- Demonstrated large account management success in selected industry with executive level relationship sales experience.
- Financial and analytical skills, including the understanding of a P&L and the financial implications of customers situations and concerns.
