About the location

  • AMAALA is situated along Saudi Arabia’s northwest coast.
  • Four Seasons Resort and Residences AMAALA at Triple Bay will feature 220 keys comprising of rooms and suites, as well as villas.
  • The resort will include a luxury spa, Organic Spa Garden, and a 27 hole oceanfront golf course.

The Role of the Core Agent

  • As a Core Agent, you will be responsible for handling guest reservations and supporting the hotel’s revenue and booking operations.
  • You will act as a key point of contact for guests, providing accurate information, efficient booking services, and a professional experience.

What You Will Do

  • Handle incoming reservation inquiries through phone, email, and system platforms.
  • Create, modify, and cancel reservations accurately in the property management system.
  • Provide guests with clear information about room types, rates, availability, and hotel services.
  • Apply correct rate codes, promotions, and packages according to policy.
  • Ensure all guest details and booking information are accurate and properly recorded.
  • Coordinate with Front Office, Revenue, and other departments as needed.
  • Respond to guest inquiries professionally and within established service standards.
  • Support revenue goals through proper booking practices and upselling when applicable.

What You Bring

  • Previous experience in Reservations, Call Center, or Front Office is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple bookings accurately.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced, service‑oriented environment.
  • Professional telephone etiquette and problem‑solving skills.
  • Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
