Requirements
- At least 10 years’ experience in the Construction Industry
- Minimum of 6 years’ experience in the Oil and Gas sector
- Sound knowledge of contracts and related legal principles
- Strong knowledge of EPCI contracts and industry standards
- Excellent negotiation, communication and presentation skills
- Creative problem solving skills
- Managing a cohesive and motivated team
- Post Graduate Qualification in a relevant Discipline
- Degree / Professional qualification in a relevant discipline

Overall Purpose of Role
- Effectively manage all pre contract related activities: Review and negotiation of contractual documents to align with Company Policies, contract terms and risk mitigation frameworks.
- The role supports project proposals and execution by providing contractual expertise across all relevant projects within the facility, or as assigned by the Director – Contracts Management.
Role Specific Competencies
- Knowledge of: Contract Management, Commercial Management, Risk Management, Project Management, Construction Management.
- Skilled in: Strong knowledge of EPCI contracts and industry standards. Drafting contract terms and conditions, Excellent negotiation, communication and presentation skills, Creative problem solving skills, Managing a cohesive and motivated team, well developed presentation skills.
- Management Skills: Excellent communication skills.
- Experience: At least 10 years’ experience in the Construction Industry with a minimum of 6 years’ experience in the Oil and Gas sector. Sound knowledge of contracts and related legal principles.
- Education: Post Graduate Qualification in a relevant Discipline. Degree / Professional qualification in a relevant discipline.
