About the Role
Worley seeks an experienced Contracts Manager to lead contract management for EPC/FEED projects in the oil & gas sector. The role involves managing project contracts, procurement, and materials personnel, ensuring compliance with HSSE goals, and administering contracts from kick-off to close-out.

- Ensure HSSE goals, objectives and targets are met through personal leadership and involvement.
- Manage and support Project Contracts, Procurement and materials personnel and their associated activities.
- Review EPC/FEED Contract baseline, requirements, and division of responsibilities.
- Administer EPC/FEED Contract including change management, payment certificates, and close out procedures.
- Manage project risks minimizing Owner’s exposure to financial and legal liabilities.
- Prepare and issue monthly Contract Administration Reports.
- Ensure compliance with insurance requirements and manage performance/bank guarantees.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- Minimum 20+ years of oil & gas experience
- 5 years GCC experience
- Experience in FEED & EPC projects
- Experience in PMC roles
- Minimum 5 years in similar position for international oil and gas projects
- ADNOC experience preferred

Job Purpose & Scope
- Ensure HSSE goals, objectives and targets are met through personal leadership and involvement.
- Manages and supports the Project Contracts, Procurement and materials personnel and their associated activities to execute the work in a manner that achieves the objectives of the Project Execution Strategy, Project Plan and Project Procurement and Materials Plan.
Principal Accountabilities
- Champion the Project Safety culture, behaviors and engagement activities.
- Complies with Company policies and objectives, Contracts and Procurement work processes.
- Identifying, evaluating, and resolving Contracting issues during the EPC / FEED phase of the Contract.
- Review of EPC / FEED Contract Baseline.
- Review of EPC / FEED Contract requirements.
- Review and comment on the division of responsibilities.
- Review of Key EPC / FEED Contract management documents.
- Review of EPC / FEED Contract management procedures.
- At the start of the EPC / FEED Contract arrange kick off meeting to instruct the EPC / FEED Contractor on the procedures for EPC / FEED Contract Administration.
- Ensure compliance with insurance requirements set out in the EPC / FEED Contract.
- Monitors any potential incidents of loss/damage likely to lead to an insurance claim.
- Ensure EPC / FEED Contractor provides and maintains the correct Performance/Bank Guarantees.
Additional Accountabilities
- Determine any additional administrative procedural requirements.
- Balancing Owner relationship and EPC / FEED Contract management requirements.
- Soliciting legal advice, when required.
- Review of the Project records management system.
- Checking and evaluation EPC / FEED Contract Changes; Project Variance Notices, Requests for Change, Change Orders, Amendments, etc.
- Ensure comprehensive implementation of the EPC / FEED Contract Close out procedures; Final Account, EPC / FEED Contract Closure Certificates, etc.
- Ensuring EPC / FEED Contractor complies with warranty requirements.
- Ensuring the EPC / FEED Contract is properly managed and administered.
- Administering the EPC / FEED Contract so as to ensure the terms and conditions stated therein are fulfilled.
- Managing Change by controlling the EPC / FEED Contract: scope, cost, schedule and quality of the Project through scope changes and Contract change documents.
- Managing Project risks minimizing Owner’s exposure to financial and legal liabilities.
- Reviewing EPC / FEED Contractor reports for areas of concern and potential claims, delays, etc.
Site Contract Administration
- Set up electronic files.
- Manages change management; prepares; site instructions, change notices, change orders, processes quotations and proposals.
- Manages correspondence to/from EPC / FEED Contractor.
- Manages correspondence to/from Owner.
- Processes monthly Payment Certificates and Invoices.
- Maintains registers for; correspondence, management of change, etc.
- Manages completion process.
- Monitors EPC / FEED Contract Close out.
Qualifications And Experience
- 4yrs bachelor’s/ engineering degree.
- Minimum Overall 20+ years of oil & gas experience.
- 5 yrs GCC experience.
- Experience within FEED & EPC experience.
- Experience in PMC roles.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in similar position for international Oli and Gas projects.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering is a MUST.
- ADNOC experience is preferrable.
