Qatarenergy is seeking a Contracts Engineer to provide pre-award and post-contract administration support for Engineering & Project Group. The role involves handling multiple EPC contracts, engineering services contracts, and OEM contracts, with minimal supervision.

- Provide pre award and post contract award administration support for Engineering & Project Group
- Liaise with stakeholders to create, monitor and update the demand plan
- Support review of Scopes of Work (SOW) for various projects including FEED and EPC works
- Write up contractual responses to Change Order Requests, claims and other correspondence
- Provide guidance to end users on contract related risks and best practice
- Support post award dispute administration including negotiation
- Prepare management information reports and submit to management
- Perform complete administration of contract work orders (CWO) including tendering, award, and change orders
Requirements
- Experience in contracts/commercial environment
- Ability to handle multiple EPC, Engineering Services, OEM contracts
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Experience with Scopes of Work (SOW) for FEED and EPC works
- Experience in post award dispute administration and negotiation

Job Summary
- Provide pre award and post contract award administration support for Engineering & Project Group.
- Working in contracts/commercial environment, with minimal supervision, handling multiple EPC, Engineering Services, OEM Contracts and Department Level Contracts.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaise with relevant stakeholders to create, monitor and update the demand plan to maximise department performance.
- Support review Scopes of Work (SOW) for various projects including Front End Engineering Design (FEED) and Engineering Procurement and Construction (EPC) works.
- Write up contractual responses to Change Order Requests, claims and other related correspondence ensuring compliance within agreements.
- Provide guidance to end users on contract related risks and best practice to enhance organisational efficiencies.
- Support post award dispute administration including negotiation, adhering to Company policies and procedures.
- Prepare management information report, through collection of data, and submit to management for review.
- Provide advice and expertise to other disciplines and all stakeholder departments in contract and claims management.
- Perform the complete administration of contract work orders (CWO) including tendering bids, contract award, facilitate change orders and ensure post award support.
