Responsibilities
- Manage the contracts strategy for onshore projects
- Control, direct, and implement the contract management process
- Lead development and stewardship of contracts plans across the project
- Provide technical, commercial, and functional leadership in contracting
- Oversee development of ITT packages and direct end to end tendering process
- Establish contract strategies and govern development of EPC contract documentation
- Assess contractor submissions and advise senior management on award recommendations
- Govern full contract administration process including change management, payment certification, claims resolution
- Lead negotiations of contractor initiated changes and commercial adjustments
- Manage complex contractual disputes and direct formal commercial correspondence
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Law, or Engineering
- Minimum 12 years of experience across multiple project functions within Oil & Gas industry
- Minimum 3 years of project management leadership experience on a major oil & gas project
- Demonstrated experience in Business Management, Risk Management, Project Controls, Cost Development, Schedule Development, Tender Preparation, and Contract Management

Vacancy Overview
- Manage the contracts strategy for the onshore projects by controlling, directing, and implementing the contract management process.
- Provide technical, commercial, and functional leadership in all aspects of contracting, including preparation and administration of ITT packages and EPC contracts.

- Strategic Contracting Leadership: Provide strategic leadership for all project contracting activities.
- Tendering Governance: Oversee development of ITT packages and direct end to end tendering process.

- Capability Development: Develop organizational capability within contracts function.
- High Performance Organization: Champion a high performance contracts organization.
Educational Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Law, or Engineering.
- Minimum 12 years of experience across multiple project functions within Oil & Gas industry.
- Minimum 3 years of project management leadership experience on a major oil & gas project.
- Demonstrated experience in Business Management, Risk Management, Project Controls, Cost Development, Schedule Development, Tender Preparation, and Contract Management.
