Job Purpose
Provide post-award contracts support and analysis to the Onshore and Operations Support Group.
Perform contract activities in alignment with QatarEnergy LNG policies, procedures, systems, and ethical standards.
Key Job Accountabilities
- Support effective post-award management of Onshore and Operations Support contracts.
- Maintain the contracts list and track validity and cap value utilization continuously.
- Assist with periodic Contractor Performance Evaluations.
- Support contractor development, evaluation, and monitoring with emphasis on local content.
- Review ITPs for contracted-rate compliance and create SAP purchase orders from approved ITPs.
- Develop and execute Contract Work Orders, including final payments and close-out.
- Support the yearly Contracts Demand Plan.
- Provide timely and accurate month-end and year-end accruals.
- Ensure invoices are cleared on time according to contract terms and conditions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or Business Administration.
Knowledge and Skills
- Six years of experience in cost and contracts management within the oil and gas industry.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Working knowledge of SAP or a similar resource planning system.
- Good knowledge of contract law and industry practice.
- Proficiency in Power BI or Advanced Power BI.
