Job Overview

  • On behalf of Huawei, a world renowned IT and Communications Company, We are seeking an experienced Contract & Commercial Manager to oversee end to end contract and commercial activities across customer engagements.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for contract negotiation, risk management, transaction governance, contract execution monitoring, and commercial compliance, while supporting business growth and customer success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead contract drafting, review, negotiation, and execution activities.
  • Identify, assess, mitigate, and manage contractual and commercial risks.
  • Drive continuous improvement of contract quality, governance, and compliance standards.
  • Manage and facilitate SDT (Sales Decision Team) processes, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance of decision making activities.
  • Monitor contract execution and fulfillment status to ensure contractual obligations are met.
  • Lead customer facing contract amendments, claims management, and dispute resolution activities.
  • Drive contract closure and lifecycle management activities.
  • Develop and maintain contract management guidelines, transaction governance frameworks, and best practices.
  • Enhance commercial and transaction management capabilities across customer facing teams.
  • Support business operations throughout the customer lifecycle, including: MCR (Manage Customer Relationship), MO (Manage Sales Opportunity), MCE (Manage Contract Execution), MAE (Manage Authorization and Execution).

Mandatory Requirements

  • Proven experience in Contract Management, Commercial Management, or Contract & Commercial Operations.
  • Strong experience in contract drafting, negotiation, risk management, and contract execution.
  • Experience managing complex customer transactions and commercial processes.
  • Chinese language proficiency (business level).
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Requirements

  • Experience within telecommunications, ICT, technology, or enterprise business environments.
  • Knowledge of structured sales, commercial, and contract execution processes.
  • Experience supporting large scale customer accounts and complex commercial engagements.
