The Role
Leads the development, implementation, maintenance, testing, and continuous improvement of business continuity plans across the organization.
Establishes continuity-planning processes, conducts Business Impact Analyses, assesses dependencies and disruption risks, and develops recovery strategies.
Work Arrangement
- Location is stated as United Arab Emirates with a fully remote work arrangement.
- Works in a distributed international environment with stakeholders across business, technology, risk, operations, and support functions.
Planning and Governance
- Develop the business continuity framework, methodologies, policies, standards, procedures, templates, and governance model.
- Establish an enterprise continuity lifecycle covering risk assessment, BIA, strategy development, plan development, testing, maintenance, and improvement.
- Coordinate continuity activities across business units, departments, locations, subsidiaries, and critical teams.
- Define continuity roles, ownership, approvals, escalation mechanisms, and reporting requirements.
