Role Overview
The Clinical Compliance Manager leads clinical compliance programs, regulatory readiness, quality oversight, audits, risk management, documentation standards, and corrective actions.
The role supports compliant, ethical, and high-quality clinical activities across distributed teams and regulated healthcare environments.
The position is fully remote in the United Arab Emirates and is full-time.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop compliance strategies, policies, procedures, governance frameworks, and risk-based compliance plans.
- Monitor clinical, healthcare, research, privacy, quality, patient-safety, and regulatory compliance.
- Conduct assessments, process reviews, audits, monitoring activities, documentation reviews, and mock inspections.
- Coordinate audits and inspections, review findings, assess root causes, and oversee CAPA remediation.
- Maintain compliance, audit, issue, CAPA, and risk registers and escalate significant recurring issues.
- Collaborate with clinical, quality, regulatory, medical, legal, data, safety, and external partner teams.
- Support site, investigator, vendor, and service-provider qualification and compliance oversight.
- Monitor training, deviations, complaints, non-conformities, investigations, and systemic compliance trends.
- Translate regulatory changes into practical procedures, controls, and operational guidance.
