Role Overview
The Construction Estimating Manager will lead estimating strategy, preconstruction cost planning, quantity take-offs, pricing, subcontractor and supplier quotations, cost modeling, bid preparation, value engineering, risk analysis, tender evaluation, and commercial estimating governance.
The role leads estimating from project concept and feasibility through detailed design, tendering, bid submission, contract award, and handover to project delivery teams.

The Role
The Construction Estimating Manager will lead estimating strategy, preconstruction cost planning, quantity take-offs, pricing, subcontractor and supplier quotations, cost modeling, bid preparation, value engineering, risk analysis, tender evaluation, and commercial estimating governance.
The role leads estimating from project concept and feasibility through detailed design, tendering, bid submission, contract award, and handover to project delivery teams.

Estimating Strategy and Preconstruction
- Develop estimating strategies, standards, procedures, methodologies, templates, controls, and governance.
- Lead estimating through conceptual, feasibility, schematic, design-development, detailed, tender, and final pricing stages.
- Establish estimating approaches based on project type, complexity, procurement strategy, contract structure, location, and design maturity.
