- Own the complete copy intake and delivery workflow across Bybit
- Design scalable request management and prioritization frameworks
- Design and deploy AI assisted copy creation workflows
- Build prompt frameworks, AI skills, templates, and reusable content systems
- Own and evolve Bybit's copy standards and style guides
- Lead and mentor a team of copywriters and copy operations specialists
- Partner with Content Director on the future roadmap of content operations
Requirements
- 7+ years in content operations, editorial operations, content strategy, copy management, marketing operations, or related fields
- Experience managing content teams and cross functional stakeholders
- Proven track record of building and improving operational processes
- Strong understanding of content governance, quality assurance, and brand management
- Experience managing high volume content environments
- Experience with AI assisted content production systems, prompt engineering, or workflow automation
