About the Role
Outpace Professional Services is looking for a B2B storyteller to build customer proof content including case studies, customer stories, and sales assets. The role works with Sales, Delivery, and Marketing teams to extract proof points and create compelling content.

Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a customer proof library across practice areas
- Interview customers, delivery teams, AEs, Sales Engineers, and project leads to extract outcomes and proof points
- Create case studies, customer stories, before/after narratives, implementation snapshots, and ROI summaries
- Create sales ready proof assets including one pagers, deal stories, testimonial snippets, reference notes, pitch slides, and objection handling proof
- Support Product and Vertical Marketing with industry specific content and customer evidence
- Support Growth with campaign content, landing page proof, webinar topics, nurture content, and thought leadership
- Build a repeatable customer story intake process so proof is captured as delivery happens
- Coordinate approvals for customer quotes, logos, testimonials, and public references
- Create founder and leadership content when needed to support market authority and category credibility

- Strong B2B writing, interviewing, and storytelling ability
- Experience turning complex services, technology, or consulting work into simple commercial narratives
- Ability to work with Sales and Delivery to understand what matters in deals
- Strong organizational skills, including ability to maintain a proof library, approval tracker, and content calendar

Role Summary
- We are looking for a strong B2B storyteller to build the customer proof engine behind our growth.
- This person will turn real customer outcomes, delivery work, implementation wins, testimonials, and ROI examples into compelling content that helps prospects trust us, understand our value, and move through the sales process with confidence.
What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain a customer proof library across our practice areas.
- Interview customers, delivery teams, AEs, Sales Engineers, and project leads to extract outcomes and proof points.
- Create case studies, customer stories, before/after narratives, implementation snapshots, and ROI summaries.
- Create sales ready proof assets, including one pagers, deal stories, testimonial snippets, reference notes, pitch slides, and objection handling proof.
- Support Product and Vertical Marketing with industry specific content and customer evidence.

What We’re Looking For

Nice to Have
- Experience in SaaS, ERP, CRM/Salesforce, Notion, PMO/advisory, IT services, or consulting.
- Experience with case studies, customer marketing, sales enablement content, or executive thought leadership.
- Comfort using AI tools to accelerate transcripts, drafts, repurposing, proof extraction, and content variations.
Success Measures
- Number and quality of customer proof assets created by practice area.
- Sales usage of case studies, proof slides, and customer stories.
- Improved deal confidence, objection handling, and conversion support.
- Website and campaign engagement with proof led content.
- Growth of referenceable customer and approval pipeline.
First 90 Days
- Audit existing customer stories, project outcomes, testimonials, and proof gaps.
- Create the first customer proof library structure.
- Produce the first 5 10 high quality proof assets across priority practice areas.
- Build the customer story intake and approval process.
- Partner with Product and Vertical Marketing to add proof to core sales collateral.
