About the Role

Responsibilities
- Diagnose and manage dermatological conditions including acne, eczema, psoriasis, dermatitis, infections, and pigmentation disorders
- Perform aesthetic procedures such as Botox, dermal fillers, chemical peels, mesotherapy, PRP, microneedling, and laser therapies
- Conduct minor skin surgeries including biopsies, excisions of moles, cysts, and lesions
- Maintain complete and accurate medical records in line with DHA documentation requirements
- Ensure compliance with legal, ethical, and institutional guidelines
- Coordinate with nurses and aesthetic technicians for seamless service delivery
- Educate patients about treatment options, expected results, and post treatment care

- Medical Degree (MBBS/MD) with specialization in Dermatology (MD/DNB)
- DHA license or eligibility as Specialist or Consultant Dermatologist
- Minimum 5 to 8 years of clinical experience in dermatology
- Certified in advanced cosmetic procedures including Botox, fillers, lasers
- Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Objective
- The Specialist/Consultant Dermatologist is responsible for diagnosing and treating patients with dermatological conditions, providing expert advice on skin health, and performing medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology procedures.
Clinical Dermatology
- Diagnose and manage a wide range of dermatological conditions including acne, eczema, psoriasis, dermatitis, infections, and pigmentation disorders.
- Conduct thorough skin assessments and prescribe appropriate treatment plans.
Aesthetic & Cosmetic Dermatology
- Perform aesthetic procedures such as Botox, dermal fillers, chemical peels, mesotherapy, PRP, microneedling, and laser based therapies.
- Provide pre and post procedure consultations and manage aesthetic outcomes.
Minor Dermatologic Surgeries
- Conduct minor skin surgeries including biopsies, excisions of moles, cysts, and other lesions.
- Ensure aseptic techniques and adherence to procedural protocols.
Regulatory Compliance & Documentation
- Maintain complete and accurate medical records in line with DHA documentation requirements.
- Ensure all medical practices comply with legal, ethical, and institutional guidelines.
Patient Experience & Collaboration
- Coordinate with nurses, aesthetic technicians, and patient care staff for seamless service delivery.
- Educate patients about treatment options, expected results, and post treatment care.
Professional Development & Best Practice
- Stay abreast of advancements in dermatology, cosmetic technologies, and treatment protocols.
- Ensure quality standards, evidence based care, and ethical medical practice.
Desired Experience
- Medical Degree (MBBS/MD) with recognized specialization in Dermatology (MD/DNB).
- DHA license or eligibility as Specialist or Consultant Dermatologist.
- Minimum 5 to 8 years of clinical experience in dermatology with demonstrable expertise in medical and cosmetic dermatology.
- Certified in advanced cosmetic procedures including Botox, fillers, lasers, and other minimally invasive skin rejuvenation techniques.
- Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
