Job Overview
- Performs clinical duties as per assigned clinical privileges, assesses patients, develops care plans, and serves as MRP for inpatients.
Duties
- Assess patients thoroughly (clinical, socioeconomic, psychological, functional) and document in medical records.
- Develop evidence based plan of care and ensure timely implementation.
- Become most responsible physician for inpatients admitted under name.
- Develop discharge plan on day of admission and involve discharge planning service.
- Assess inpatients at least once daily and document daily progress notes using SOAP format.
- Respond to medical consultations in timely manner.
- Document medical interventions in timely manner.
- Complete and authenticate discharge summaries.
- Attend to facility duties and respond to calls per schedule.
- Attend departmental meetings and contribute ideas.
- Write medical reports in timely manner.
- Contribute to teaching rounds and activities.
Qualifications
- Perform clinical duties as per assigned clinical privileges.
- Follow Fakeeh care standards for documentation.
- Complete mandatory education as required.
