- Conduct thorough physical examinations and diagnostic evaluations, utilizing advanced medical technology and procedures tailored to children.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including nurses, social workers, and therapists, to create comprehensive care plans for patients.
- Lead and supervise junior medical staff, offering mentorship and guidance to enhance their clinical skills and professional development.
- Communicate effectively with patients and their families, providing clear explanations of diagnoses, treatment options, and ongoing care requirements.
- Stay current with advancements in pediatric medicine through continuous professional development and participation in clinical research.
- Manage and oversee inpatient and outpatient services, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards in pediatric care.
- Participate in community outreach programs to promote pediatric health education and preventive care initiatives.
