- Develop good networks across Clients, channel partners and 3rd party service providers
- Take on a mentoring role and support junior Consultants and Analysts
Requirements
- Postgraduate in Management / MBA or Graduate with CA/CFA/CAIA
- Minimum 5+ years of Advisory and Consulting experience in a Big 4 or equivalent global/regional consulting firm
- Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Excellent academic track record
- Fluency in written & verbal English
- Strong report writing and reviewing skills
- Strong analytical skills and ability to multitask
- Bachelor's in engineering/architecture preferred
- IFRS knowledge & experience
- Bilingual English + Arabic preferred

Summary of the Role
- The Senior Consultant (Level 2) will be responsible for day to day project delivery and supporting the Management team with enhancing and growing the Infrastructure Advisory business in Qatar.
- The ideal requirement is a competent professional having a minimum of 5+ years of Advisory and Consulting experience in a Big 4 and/or equivalent global/regional consulting firm.
- Min qualifications required are a Postgraduate in Management/ MBA or a Graduate with specializations such as CA/CFA/ CAIA, etc.
About the role
- Support the Management Team with key project activities and deliverables including developing robust financial models, Value for money assessment, developing Reports, Information Memorandums, Pitch reports, etc., assessing Client requirements and proactively researching options and coming up with po
- Have a clear understanding of Financial Analysis for different PPP structures (ex: Availability, Concession, Hybrid etc.)
- Knowledge and experience of the entire life cycle of Infrastructure PPP projects from Need Assessment to Financial Close
- Enable good team bonding and ability to work in a team to achieve desired results
- Developing high quality deliverables and continuously striving to enhance through proactively seeking feedback
- Having a learning attitude and continuously striving to enhance skills and knowledge across Advisory Service lines and Sectors
- Supporting the Management Team with Project Budgeting, estimating the time and effort for the Projects, Cash flow management and managing the recovery of the Projects under execution
- Ability to develop good networks across Clients, channel partners and 3rd party service providers
- Having ambition to take on a mentoring role and supporting junior Consultants and Analysts
The Sectors
- Infrastructure and Major Capital Projects: Public Private Partnership (PPP) engagements both Authority side and Developer/ Bidder side
- Experience with projects involving Government entities and Authorities with PPP Transaction end to end will be valued
- Experience in key PPP Transactions involving Schools, Hospitals, Car Parks, Government buildings, and social infrastructure such as affordable housing, Labor accommodation, public facilities and amenities, etc.
Experience and Qualifications
- Post graduate in Management / MBA and bachelor’s in engineering/ architecture will be preferred
- Min 5+ years of relevant work experience in Infrastructure finance, Public Private Partnerships including experience related to business plan formulation, investment decisions and business case/techno financial feasibilities preparation, project financing and funding, financial analysis and modeling
- Excellent academic track record
- Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Good to have IFRS knowledge & experience
- Fluency in written & verbal English. Bilingual English + Arabic will be preferred
- Strong report writing and reviewing skills, with an appropriate focus on attention to detail and conciseness
- Strong excel skills quick and accurate manipulation of data and ability to create and review complex financial models and conduct valuations
