- Lead, motivate, and manage a diverse workforce to safely achieve project objectives
- Take full ownership of assigned scopes of work and ensure accountability across the team
- Effectively delegate tasks and responsibilities to optimize daily site operations
- Plan and organize workloads, schedules, and resource allocation to meet project timelines
- Apply strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and installation methods across pipeline and facility projects
- Oversee installation of pipelines including steel, flexsteel, polyethylene (poly), and fiberglass systems
- Interpret and execute work based on engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical documentation
- Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations, procedures, and risk mitigation practices, including emergency response readiness
- Monitor and enforce quality control standards, conducting inspections and implementing corrective actions where required
- Ensure compliance with applicable local codes, industry standards, and regulatory requirements
- Clearly communicate plans, instructions, and expectations to site teams and subcontractors
- Coordinate effectively with internal teams, contractors, and external stakeholders
Requirements
- Proven experience in construction supervision, preferably within oil & gas or pipeline projects
- Practical experience in both construction and production environments is advantageous
- Strong leadership, organizational, and decision making skills
- Solid understanding of pipeline installation methods and relevant construction practices
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications
- Strong commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- MUST HAVE VALID UAE DRIVERS LICENSE
