About the Role

Responsibilities
- Manage testing and inspection from initiation to completion
- Review project specifications, standards, testing requirements, and contract documents
- Supervise site and laboratory testing activities to ensure compliance with applicable standards and procedures
- Provide technical guidance to testing and inspection personnel
- Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and regulatory authorities on technical and project matters
- Review and approve test reports, technical documents, and deliverables
- Monitor project progress, productivity, quality performance, and budget utilization
- Ensure compliance with ISO 17025, ISO 9001, safety requirements, and company procedures
- Investigate non conformities, implement corrective actions, and drive continual improvement
- Support business development activities, project proposals, and technical presentations when required
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related engineering discipline
- Minimum 10 years of experience in construction material testing and inspection
- Strong knowledge of ASTM, AASHTO, BS, EN, SASO, Saudi Aramco, and other relevant standards
- Demonstrated experience in project management, resource planning, and client coordination
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong leadership, problem solving, and team management abilities
