Responsibilities
- Direct and optimize daily field construction operations including earthworks, piping, welding, structural, and E&I crews
- Track daily progress against master schedule and reallocate resources to bypass bottlenecks
- Ensure full compliance with Saudi Aramco Engineering Standards (SAES) and project drawings
- Manage and synchronize specialized subcontractors for seamless pipeline progression
- Enforce zero incidents culture and ensure compliance with Aramco Work Permit System and safety protocols
- Coordinate supply chain of materials, stringing logistics, and fuel/water distribution across remote corridors
- Generate accurate daily and weekly construction logs, resource utilization summaries, and site barrier reports
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical or Civil preferred) or equivalent technical background
- Valid prior Saudi Aramco approval as Construction Manager
- Minimum 12 15+ years in Oil & Gas sector with heavy emphasis on cross country pipeline construction
- At least 5 8 years in direct site management or superintendent capacity
- Proficient in interpreting alignment sheets, isometric drawings, and micro scheduling tools
- Fluent in MS Office applications

Overview
- We are seeking a highly driven and field tested Construction Manager to direct the on site physical execution of our Saudi Aramco pipeline projects.
Role & Responsibilities
- Direct and optimize daily field construction operations, overseeing earthworks, piping, welding, structural, and E&I crews.
- Partner closely with the Project Manager and Planning Engineers to track daily progress against the master schedule.
- Supervise all execution phases to ensure full compliance with Saudi Aramco Engineering Standards (SAES) and project drawings.
- Manage and synchronize specialized subcontractors to ensure seamless pipeline progression.
- Enforce a strict zero incidents culture and ensure compliance with the Saudi Aramco Work Permit System (PTW).
- Coordinate the complex supply chain of materials, stringing logistics, and fuel/water distribution across remote pipeline corridors.
- Generate accurate daily and weekly construction logs, resource utilization summaries, and site barrier reports.
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical or Civil preferred) or equivalent technical background.
- Must possess a valid, prior Saudi Aramco approval as a Construction Manager.
- Minimum 12–15+ years of experience in Oil & Gas sector with heavy emphasis on cross country pipeline construction.
- At least 5–8 years in a direct site management or superintendent capacity.
- Extensive experience managing cross country spreads, technical tie ins, valve station constructions, and hydrostatic testing.
- Proficient in interpreting complex alignment sheets, isometric drawings, and micro scheduling tools; fluent in MS Office.
