Position Overview
The role is Construction Manager for a fabrication yard in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
The position leads oil and gas fabrication and construction activities.
Primary work includes structural, tubular, and piping fabrication management.

- The role is based in a physical fabrication yard in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage fabrication and construction activities within the yard.
- Plan and monitor fabrication against project schedules and milestones.
- Manage structural, tubular, and piping fabrication works.
- Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and work fronts.
- Monitor productivity, progress, and resource utilization.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Planning, QA/QC, HSE, Procurement, and Material Control.
- Identify delays and implement recovery actions.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and HSE requirements.
- Lead supervisors, engineers, foremen, and subcontractor teams.
- Support progress reporting and execution planning.
