About the Role

Responsibilities
- Manage and control construction delivery process across contractors and supervision teams
- Lead and oversee all construction activities across assigned plots/assets
- Represent PMC as point of contact for Diriyah Company regarding construction progress
- Ensure compliance with Programme Management Plan, procedures, and quality/HSE standards
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to define project scopes, budgets, timelines
- Direct and coordinate Senior Construction Managers, Construction Managers, and Logistics teams
- Approve project execution plans, construction methodologies, and contractor phasing strategies
- Review monthly progress, cost, and risk reports
- Drive coordination between Design, Commercial, and Project Controls functions
- Ensure compliance with FIDIC based Engineer's duties
- Lead stakeholder management and interface coordination
- Chair high level construction progress and coordination meetings
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture
- Minimum 20 years of relevant experience
- At least 12 years in similar projects
- Minimum 5 years regional experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluency in English
- Extensive knowledge of MS Office, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, Primavera P6
- Familiarity with Aconex, Autodesk Construction Cloud, BIM
