- Support VIP guests: Facilitate seamless registration and elevated service for high priority guests.
- Promote hotel offerings: Share marketing materials and encourage use of hotel services and programs.
- Manage budgets and payroll: Oversee concierge expenditures, including payroll, ensuring financial efficiency and alignment with budgetary guidelines.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within hospitality
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle guest inquiries and resolve issues professionally
- Knowledge of local attractions and services

- As a Concierge Supervisor, you’re not just overseeing the daily operations of the concierge desk – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.
Responsibilities
